Happy Birthday Dad!!!!

It's my dad's birthaday tomorrow, and for a change we didn't have family in town. So Valerie thought it would be fun to take a "stay-cation" to a hotel here in town and enjoy the pool and amenities. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina. This is where my dad and Valerie were married, it used to be called the Hyatt Islandia, but they did a bunch of renovations recently and renamed it. We had an awesome view of the Marina and Mission Bay. We spent yesterday afternoon in the pool and then had a very TASTY dinner at the Red Marlin restaurant. Right before bed we enjoyed the fireworks from Sea World. This morning we had a nice room-service breakfast and then spent the rest of the day in the pool again. (Thank you Valerie!) We ended the celebration with a nice dinner at home and a present! (a stool for outside by the grill) Happy Birthday DAD!!! Click HERE for pictures of our adventure.
